Replaces the adjustable rear sight on commercial Makarov models, such as the IJ70-17a, IJ70-17ah, IJ70-18a, IJ70-18ah series Makarovs. If your surplus Makarov does not have an adjustable sight, commercial slides are usually compatible with non-commercial frames.

Requires no permanent modification to your firearm. Black color. Optic not included!
